KKPoker Copa de las Americas Event - Terms and Conditions (1) Event Period: 14 August 2021 21:00 to 28 August 2021 22:00 (GMT-3). (2) This Event is only available to players in the clubs of Argentina, Chile, Costa Rica, Ecuador, Mexico, Peru, Uruguay and Canada (Players) (each country referred to as a Nation). (3) A Player represents the country they are registered with based on their KYC submissions. (4) For each America’s Cup Satellite (Satellite), only the top 3 ranked Players of each Nation, regardless of their individual ranking, will receive a $5K America’s Cup ticket (Group Stage Ticket). More than 1 Group Stage Ticket can be won by each Player. Players that are not registered with a Nation based on their KYC submissions are excluded from the ranking for the purposes of winning a Group Stage Ticket. (5) For the first 5 Satellites, the Group Stage Tickets will directly be sent out to player backpacks within 48 hours after those Satellites end, and for the last Satellite the Group Stage Tickets will directly be sent out to player backpacks within 24 hours after the Satellite ends. (6) The Group Stage Tickets can only be used for registering or re-buy in the $5K America’s Cup during the Event Period and any unused ticket that expires will be forfeited and will not be compensated. (7) For the $5K America’s Cup, only the top ranked Player of each Nation, regardless of his/her individual ranking, will win an America’s Cup Final ticket (Final Ticket). Nation captains and Players that are not registered with a Nation based on their KYC submissions are excluded from the ranking for the purposes of winning a Final Ticket. (8) The Final Tickets will directly be sent out to player backpacks within 24 hours after the $5K America’s Cup ends. (9) The Final Tickets can only be used for registering the America’s Cup Final during the Event Period and any unused ticket that expires will be forfeited and will not be compensated. (10) For the America’s Cup Final, only the top 5 Nations will win 1 freeroll for all the Players of their respective Nation (Nation Freeroll). Each Nation may only win 1 freeroll at maximum. (11) The Nation Freeroll event shall take place on 3 September 2021 21:00 (GMT-3). (12) All awarded in-app items cannot be exchanged for in-app credits, other in-app items or other items of cash value. Any unused in-app item that expires will be forfeited and will not be compensated. (13) KKPoker may amend the schedule and details of this Event at any time without notification to Eligible Players. (14) Any suspected fraudulent or prohibited behaviour found engaged by Players may result in their awards being forfeited and their KKPoker accounts being blocked. (15) These Terms and Conditions have been prepared in English. If these Terms and Conditions are translated into a language other than English for any purpose, the English version shall in all events prevail and be paramount in the event of any differences, questions or disputes concerning the meaning, form, validity, or interpretation of these Terms and Conditions. (16) All matters and disputes are subject to the final decision of KKPoker.
